A menu to whet your appetite
N' Joy All Day Dining Restaurant at NUO Hotel Beijing launched The Taste of South Asia pop-up Sunday Brunch, available every Sunday until Dec 17.
Chef Hareesh Singh created an exotic gourmet feast with his special recipes. Guests can embark on an international culinary journey inspired by the voyages of Zheng He, one of China's greatest naval explorers.
Singh carefully selected 12 kinds of South Asian dishes to craft this exotic culinary experience — an enticing array of delicacies including Tandoori red snappers, lobsters, crabs and marinated lamb leg, chicken Malai Kebab and curries of all kinds of meat and vegetables, as well as lamb biryani and plain basmati rice. The authentic South Asian dessert and beverages like Gulab Jamun, coconut rice pudding and fresh strawberry and mango lassi are also worth trying.
