LONDON, March 21 - Soccer news in brief from around the world:

* Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann still refuses to be drawn on whether he will accept the offer of a one-year contract extension with the London club or seek a longer deal elsewhere.

"I have to make a decision at some point but there is no fixed date," the 37-year-old Lehmann said at a news conference ahead of Germany's Euro 2008 qualifier against the Czech Republic.

"I don't want to say anything about it. I'm linked with a new club every week...while everybody knows I am also happy at Arsenal."

* Levski Sofia lost for the first time this season when they went down 2-1 at lowly Rilski Sportist, allowing city rivals CSKA and Lokomotiv to close the gap to three points.

Stanimir Stoilov's side remain top with 48 points from 19 matches, followed by CSKA and Lokomotiv on 45.

CSKA registered their second consecutive win since coach Stoycho Mladenov took charge with a 3-1 away win over 10-man Spartak Varna. Lokomotiv came from a goal down to earn a 2-1 win at Belasitsa Petrich.

* The Romanian Central Referees Commission (CCA) has decided to call in foreign officials for the local derbies involving Bucharest teams Steaua, Rapid and Dinamo.

"We want to remove any suspicion over possible arrangements," CCA head Gheorghe Constantin told reporters, without giving details of the proposed referees names or nationality.
