Two children are picked up by a parent in a tricycle in Shouxian town, Feng county, East China's Jiangsu province, Dec 14, 2011. All the school buses in Fengxian county have been ordered to stop operating during a safety overhaul after an overloaded school bus fell into a ditch on Monday, killing at least 15 students in the county. Without the school bus, parents have to pick up their children after school. Most of the parents are from rural areas and cannot afford to buy a car, so some are using electric tricycles, motor tricycles or pedicabs to pick up children. It is quite unsafe for children, but how will the children commute between school and home if the traffic departments prohibit the tricycles, some people said with deep concern. [Photo/CFP]
