Organisers of a mass skinny dip on a Gower beach in the UK, are hopeful they have set a new world record after hundreds of naked swimmers took to the sea.
Participants wanted to break the current record of 250 and were raising raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care and the National Trust charities.
At 8:30am they all rushed into the water. To break the record everyone had to be in the sea for 10 minutes. It was organised by online publishing editor Alison Powell, originally from Blackwood, in Caerphilly county, who now lives in Bristol.
She said the early start was aimed at discouraging 'rubber-neckers' and in case people objected to seeing lots of naked bodies on the beach
