As automobile manufacturing makes a recovery, especially in the world's fastest growing economies, Ahresty Corp has increased efforts to become a leader in aluminum die casting of auto parts and related fields.
After it and the Kyoto Die Casting Co merged in 2003, Ahresty restructured itself as an integrated, full-cycle die cast manufacturer that could produce aluminum alloy ingots and assemble the finished product.
"Since we had expertise and a solid position in Japan, we wanted to get closer to our customers by expanding our manufacturing facilities around the world," explained Ahresty President and CEO Arata Takahashi.
