Chinese vice-premier leaves for Russia

BEIJING - Vice-Premier Wang Qishan left Beijing Monday morning to visit Russia and attend the seventh round of the Sino-Russian energy negotiators' meeting.

Wang makes the visit at the invitation of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said earlier in a press release.
