Gala celebrates vibrancy of Chinese arts and culture
The Hundred Flowers Welcoming Spring: 2025 Spring Festival Gala of Chinese Literature and Art took center stage in Beijing on Saturday. With a theme focused on family reunion, the gala united a diverse array of seasoned and emerging artists, offering a dazzling celebration of creativity, unity, and cultural heritage.
Structured into three chapters, the event showcased the depth of traditional Chinese culture, the latest advancements in the arts, and heartfelt tributes to the dedication of artists. Ji Yanwei, the gala’s chief planner, remarked that the event masterfully blends traditional culture with modern technology, emphasizing inclusivity, innovation and artistic excellence. “It reflects the faith, passion, and commitment of contemporary Chinese artists,” he said.
