Local power suppliers help companies get back to work after Chinese New Year
Following the recent Chinese New Year holiday, enterprises across the country are getting back to business with help from their local power suppliers.
One such business is Henan Kehaiting Machinery Co Ltd, an enterprise in Anyang, Henan province, which develops, manufactures, and sells agricultural machinery.
“New preferential policies from the local power supplier have helped save our electric bills and make us more confident about our company’s growth this year,” said one of the company’s managers.
Li Chengkun, a staff member at the State Grid Anyang Power Supply Company, said this is part of the company’s bid to help customers resume production after the long vacation.
Li said the company has sent personnel to inspect transformers, electric distribution cabinets and equipment wires, as well as to conduct full-load tests on their machine tools, to ensure electrical safety throughout the production process.
In addition, based on the enterprises’ production plans for this year, customized suggestions have been put forward to help them use electricity more smartly, he said, adding that the company will continue to improve customer services and help foster fresh impetus for the enterprises, and refine the local business environment.
