The Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), the nation's major aircraft maker, has held a series of educational activities to promote Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

The activities, which were launched during the ongoing thematic education campaign by the Communist Party of China Central Committee, have included book-sharing workshops, seminars, and lectures.

Heads of Party committees at all levels at AVIC have been sent to give lectures to Party members, and model workers have been invited to share their stories with young workers.

AVIC executives have also carefully studied the work report and resolutions made at the 20th CPC National Congress, and have made specific plans to implement the Party's instructions.

The company said that the goal of the activities is to help its employees better understand Xi Jinping Thought and use the essence of the thought to improve their work.

AVIC also said that Party organization leaders have been urged to solicit suggestions from designers, engineers, and workers and solve obstacles in their work.
