He suggested carrying out basic scientific theoretical research and joint research in emerging scenarios such as cloud computing, the internet of things, the industrial internet and the metaverse, and building an independent and controllable chain of collaborative innovation.

He said the country should foster a safe and credible industrial ecosystem and promote the development of domestic chips, operating systems and other key areas of alternative applications as soon as possible to form a large-scale synergistic effect.
