This year marks the 50th anniversary since the People's Republic of China restored its lawful seat in the United Nations as the sole representative of the Chinese people.
The latest Vision China event, with the theme as China and UN: Building Peace through Development, is set to have a panoramic look at China's diplomacy in the past 50 years.
Guest speakers from the UN, the diplomatic corps and academia will cover a variety of topics from China's efforts in global poverty alleviation, coping with climate change and fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
