Singaporean cuisine on menu for in-flight special
China World Summit Wing Beijing and Singapore Airlines are presenting authentic Singaporean cuisine to Beijing diners with a special menu themed "Dining in the sky" from Jan 18 to 31.
Inspired by the in-flight meals from Singapore Airlines business class, the special menu will be available at the 330-meter-high Michelin Plate restaurant Grill 79.
A variety of traditional Singaporean food will be offered by the chef team of China World Summit Wing including chicken satay skewers, laksa noodle soup and nasi lemak.
"We believe that this dining experience at peak of Beijing and authentic Singaporean cuisine will amaze the diners and let them dream of traveling in the near future." said Alex Willats, general manager of China World Summit Wing Beijing.
