New place with a Thai twist
Jiyu Thai Hotpot launches its first branch in Beijing after its success in Chengdu, Sichuan province. The soup bases include tom yum kung and coconut. The tom yum kung uses crucian carp for the cream-colored soup and has Thai-style spices.
