Manyo have to try this
Japanese restaurant Manyo explores several new dishes for the summer. Grilled snowflake rib-eye is a must-try. The beef from Shandong province is iced for four to seven days at zero degrees before being shipped to Beijing, where it will be iced for another 10 days to get the most tender taste. After the meat is sliced, it has to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to "wake up" so that the flavor is at its optimal for grilling. Some sea salt is the only seasoning needed.
